4. Results Disclaimer

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via Wise, credit card, or local bank transfer.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic and digital nature of the services and programs, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once a service has been delivered or a program has been accessed.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For 1:1 sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be considered a completed session. Group session attendance is the client’s responsibility; recordings are provided when applicable.

8. Confidentiality

All private coaching sessions are confidential. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
